In celebration of Black History Month, Nike approached me to help them paint a mural to kick off an event at Gonzales Park in Compton last weekend.

They had a great image designed by Fuse Green and they asked if I could replicate it as a mural.
This was no easy task because of the level of detail especially in the background.

So I decided to create the mural using a combination of stencils, spray paint, and acrylic.

I had my boy Ando at search+resQ help me out with creating these mad stencils:

I hired the sign painting skills of the homie SINER LTS to help me out.

The result was pretty tight and seamless!

Along with the unveiling of the mural, I also led a community stencil workshop session with the kids in the neighborhood. I used some of the images from the mural as well as a few Man One specials. As you can see they ate it up!

I'm proud to release my new print entittled:

One Bliss

I was asked to create an image that could be printed as a limited edition print to help raise money for the Breast Cancer Fund and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital the Lunafest whose mission is to celebrate and inspire women through the art of film and community fundraising,

"One Bliss"
18" x 24"
Printed by Two Rabbits Studios
on archival 100lb cover
(Limited Edition of 50)

Signed and numbered by me:

“One Bliss” was created by me to show the empowerment of women and their energy, aura and movement as well as health.  The image in the print shows a woman of strength stemming from a red lotus.  “The red lotus signifies the original nature and purity of the heart . It is the lotus of love, compassion, passion and all other qualities of the heart. It is the flower of Avalokiteshvara, the bodhisattva of compassion.”-

Thanks for those of you who already purchased at Artwalk!

The print is available through Crewest Gallery for $40 each.

I was asked to paint a 10'x16' mural for's charity "I Am Angel Foundation".

The star studded event and pre-Grammy party called TRANS4M BOYLE HEIGHTS featured live performances by the legendary Stevie Wonder, Ne-Yo, Flo-rida, and the Peas of course (minus Fergie).

Here are pics of my mural and the event itself. Congrats to the I Am Angel Foundation for raising $5mil to help support youth in Boyle Heights!

This checkers set is comprised of 4" tall "MAN" pieces that I designed  a few years back and were hand sculpted by my good friend and incredible sculptor Dave Kawano of U1 TOY ARTS.

These resin sculpts were painted black and red to create the figures for the checker set. They sit on a tinted glass checkerboard.

This checker set is available as an original piece of art from my most recent exhibition URBNLUX. It comes in a handmade wooden box stenciled with my logo.
