DARK NIGHTS: LIVE PAINTING RE-CAP

I was recently invited to create a live painting during Dark Nights, an event put on at LA Live.  Thousands of people showed up to enjoy the art, music, vendors, food and drink.

Was a great time, looking forward to the next one. I might be willing to sell the final 8'x8' piece, so hit me up if interested. In the meantime, enjoy the pics!

FAMILY JONES MURAL

Here's a fun interior mural I recently painted at the LA residence of professional US soccer pro Jermaine Jones and his family.

Untitled

Some of you may know I played semi-pro soccer in my younger years, so this was a great
combination of both my loves: Graff and Soccer!

Clean modern design and graffiti art...can't go wrong!

I painted it over a 3 day period,  check out the time lapse video below:

LA ART SHOW PANEL WITH MCLA

On Saturday January 26th at 4:00pm the MCLA will be presenting a panel at the LA Art Show 2013:
"Rebuilding Our Heritage: Ordinance Reform and the Impending Mural Resurgence in L.A."

I will be on stage as a panelist alongside other artists and LA notables: Glenna Avila, Tanner Blackman, Chris Espinosa, and Judithe Hernández.

It will be moderated by MCLA's very own Exec. Director and good friend, Isabel Rojas-Williams.

Hope to see you in the attendance!
